10th Annual Tim Brauch Memorial contest Day 2 at Lake Cunningham
Day 2 of the Tim Brauch was held at Lake Cunningham Skate Park in San Jose and court was held for the World Cup of Skateboarding and the legends came out in force. First off, Lake Cunningham Skate Park is probably one of the best parks I have seen in a while, with over 68,000 square feet its a dream come true. Legends, Pro's and young upstarts were no shortage at the 10th annual Tim Brauch Memorial contest coupled with the World Cup of Skateboarding you can guarantee some serious bowl skating was going down. You can click here for Tim Brauch Memorial Bowl results. Duane Peter's, Christian Hosoi, Steve Caballero, Jimmy The Greek and many more were walking around and going big in the bowl. In the end it was Christian Hosoi edging out Steve Caballero in the grandmaster division winning $600, with Duane Peters bringing up 3rd place. In the locals division Skateboards.com/Santa Cruz Skate Shop/Half Pint Skateboards rider Nate Linford

took 1st securing him a spot to skate against the Pros taking 12th overall while Benji Galloway came in 1st place, Tim Johnson 2nd and Joshua Sandoval of Deville wheels skating to 3rd. with over $5000 in prize money, there was allot of good skating and happy pay days. Of course no skate event is complete without an Animal Chin sighting...
