What size board should I get? We have general size chart for board size, trucks and wheels as listed below. This chart is a guideline depending on your riding style and personal preferences. The easiest way to make sure you have all of the necessary components is to use the Build My Board program. By following all of the steps your board will have all of its parts and arrive assembled. You can also purchase complete decks that are ready to go in the complete skateboards section. The basic items you will need are a deck, trucks, wheels, bearings, hardware, and grip tape. Those are just the basics and boards can need more and vary depending on personal preferences. How do I track my order? When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. When we ship the order out, you will receive another email. On the shipping email we will reference a tracking number. You simply go to www.ups.com and enter your tracking number and they will be able to tell you where your package is. Does SKATEBOARDS.COM ship overseas? We only ship within the United States at this time. How do I return an item? In order to return an item you need to email (info@SKATEBOARDS.COM) or call SKATEBOARDS.COM (1-877-900-FLIP) directly to receive a return authorization code. In the email or call please reference your name, order number, and the reason for return. We will then email the code and specific instructions for your return based on the reason for return or exchange. Please visit the return policy page for specifics on item returns. Returns must be unwrapped, unworn and in original packaging. All Build My Board and Complete decks are non-returnable. All other merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee upon returning the item. Will my board arrive assembled? If you order a complete deck or use the Build my Board program it will arrive assembled. If you do not use either of those programs then it will arrive with the parts individually wrapped and not assembled. If you would like additional assembly assistance please feel free to contact us. Why is my order on hold? If your board is not shipping the order may be on hold. If your transaction comes up as suspicious we will hold your order for up to three days while we try to contact you. Please call or email us if you have questions regarding an order on hold. When I click on a product it does not show the image. Does that mean it is out of stock? Sometimes we cannot find images for products or our image file fails to load the image properly. If you see it on our website, 99% of the time we have the item in stock. Please feel free to email the url of the image to tech@SKATEBOARDS.COM so we can fix the item. Also, time to time we also might have incorrect images for items, please email those url’s to tech@SKATEBOARDS.COM as well. How much is shipping? Exact shipping can only be calculated once you have all items in your cart and enter you shipping address. Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination.
